What should I do before I apply the press on nails
- Before you apply the press on nail(by glue or sticky tabs),please make sure you do the correct prep.
- Gently push back your cuticles with the wooden side stick.
- File your natural nails,then buff on the nail bed to remove shine.
- Please use the alcohol pad we provide to remove any oil on the nail bed.
How to Adjust the Curvature and Size of Press-On Nails
To adjust the curvature of press-on nails, use a hairdryer on the lowest heat setting. Hold it a short distance away and blow on the nails for a few seconds. This will make the nails more flexible.
To increase the curvature, gently press the nail down.
To make the nails flatter, gently bend them outward.
If the press-on nails are too large, use the provided nail file to shape them to your desired size.

Can I get some application tips
Application tips：
If press on nails doesn't match your curvature, you can use a hair dryer to lightly heat it for a few seconds (please stay away from the dryer, only a slight heat is needed) so that you can change the shape of it and make it more or less curved!
When wearing press on nails with glue or sticky tabs, please avoid contact with water or oil based products for the next 4-5 hours, this will prolong the wear time of press on nails on your hands.
How to make sticky tabs stronger? You can choose to heat them slightly with a hair dryer to soften them and increase their stickiness.
Size:
If the nails don't fit your size, please use the nails file we provide to trim them for a better fit.
How do I apply the press on nails

If you want to keep your press on nails longer, please complete the above steps carefully.(see questions 3)
Please choose the sticky tabs as the same size as your nail,and press gently until the sticky tab covers and fits on your natural nails.
Apply press on nails at a 45 degrees angle and press down firmly for 60 seconds.
- Nail glue(2-3weeks)
Apply a pea size amount of nail glue on your natural nails,and on the back of the press on nails.
Place the press on nail all the way flat,then apply pressure to do it for 30 seconds.
Please note:please do be careful,do not touch the glue with your finger tips.

How to avoid press on nails coming off
Please avoid soaking in water for a long time.
Please wear gloves when doing housework.
Please do not use your fingertips to pick and tear items, such as nuts, cans, express delivery, etc.. If you do not apply enough pressure, press on nails will come off and damage the nail. Please use your fingers instead of your fingertips.
Avoid applying hand cream on the nail surface, as the oil in the hand cream will accelerate the peeling of the nail.
Note that these estimates can vary depending on your lifestyle and whether you used the correct application technique!
How do I remove them?
You can easily remove your press on's with NO damage by soaking them in hot water, soap and oil (any kind such as cuticle oil, kitchen oil or body oil) for 10-15 minutes!
Note: Some nails may take longer than others to come off depending on how much glue you used, and how long it's been since you've applied your press on's.

If you ordered the wrong item(s), please contact us within 12 hours. We will cover the shipping costs to resolve the issue, whether it involves exchanging the item(s) for the correct ones or processing a return and refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours. We will do our best to update the address to ensure your order is delivered correctly. However, if the order has already been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for any losses incurred due to the incorrect address. The seller will not bear any losses resulting from this mistake.
What happens if there is an issue with the delivery
If there are delivery issues, such as a delivery status showing as "delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact our customer service team immediately. For non-quality issues such as size discrepancies, colour differences, or small handmade flaws, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please review the product images, descriptions, and size guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your expectations.
Quality assurance:
Our handmade press-on nails are meticulously crafted by professional nail technicians and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure product quality and durability. If you find any apparent quality issues, damage due to shipping, or receive the wrong item, please contact us via email at info@annyglow.com within 12 hours of receiving the product.
Provide detailed information and submit appropriate evidence, including clear, unedited unboxing videos from the moment the package is opened to when it is fully unpacked. Failure to timely submit proper evidence will result in the rejection of return, exchange, or refund requests.
For verified quality issues, we will offer solutions for returns, exchanges, or repairs.Please await for approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
WITHIN UNITED KINGDOM
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.
INTERNATIONALLY
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping. International exchanges are unable to be processed. Store credits can be issued if you are wanting to repurchase a different item. We will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty.
